Renewable energy

More renewable energy is created on and in the earth every day than humans could consume in a thousand years. Now, for the first time in history, the world is in a position to access this energy on a global scale. However, shifting from conventional fossil fuel energy resources to renewable ones entails several key factors. These are:

  • Financial incentive
  • Environmental incentive
  • Governmental action
  • Technological innovation
  • Increased knowledge of energy creation and usage by the individual
  • Motivation for, and interest in, the subject
  • Commitment to this change

The Energy Groove is dedicated to driving these factors.

The below interview with Jeremy Rifkin provides some clear insight as to where we stand today with renewable energy.
